Manager Customer Services
The Candidate should be able to:

Develop and manage customer satisfaction and relationship function in an efficient and effective manner
Manage CSD sections and offices across the Country

Ensure sales growth, zero complaints and satisfied customers

Ensure customer retention and 100% complaints handling with maximum customer satisfaction
Education : Master's degree in Business or Makreting
Experience :

10 years experience with minimum 3 years in a similar position, preferably of a courier industry.
Skills :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Urdu is mandatory.
Locations : OCS Head Office, Karachi.
